Ingrédients :
1 mont d'or.
1 kg de pommes de terre
1 Saucisse de Morteau
4 cl Vin blanc du Jura
1 gousse d'ail hachée
Préchauffe ton four th.6 (180°C)
Dans une casserole, cuit les pommes de terre dans de l'eau chaude durant 30 mn.
Fait cuire la saucisse dans une autre casserole d'eau chaude durant 20mn.
Entoure la boite en bois du fromage de papier alu.
Creuse un trou d'environ 2 cm de diamètre et ajoute y l'ail haché et le vin blanc.
Enfourne pendant 20 mn, le fromage doit être bien fondu.
